“And you may find yourself living in a shotgun shack…living in another part of the world…with a beautiful wife…living in a beautiful house…how do I work this thing…what is this large automobile…where does that highway go to…same as it ever was” truer words were never spoken. What’s more romantic than a tree swing which allows you to watch and capture moments of your life as a family together? I can see the girls (at various stages in their lives) in a montage of images with music playing in the background…maybe playing at their weddings many years from now. I can see the girls keeping the videos for their own kids to watch and I can imagine how “old” and “Long ago” it will seem to their children. Musings of the traditions of a simple yet beautiful tree swing. Continue reading
